How Rwanda Updates started

I started my social media journey in 2013, and since then, it has been growing exponentially to over 200,000 people across platforms and increasing daily.

I use my national and international network to help businesses reach people and sell products. That is how I got started with influencer marketing.

About Me

My name is Niyonsenga Gerard also known as Gerlzy Mahal. I was born in 1996. I currently reside in Remera, Kigali, Rwanda.

I have been an event host and promoter since 2014. I provide event promotion services to different companies big and small. I have recently started working on Rwanda tourism promotion.

I am currently a TV presenter for BTN TV where I have two shows.

The first show is called ISAHA YA NYAMPINGA (which is about women, beauty and empowerement) and the other one is called THE TECH (which is about social media and technology).

Although I share a lot about my daily routine on my social media, there is a few things I would like to share with you here.

My love for beautiful and creative content is nowhere near what can be seen in my Instagram posts and stories.

I have traveled abroad but my favorite place is still Rwanda.
