The Insurance City is an independent insurance agency located in Plano, TX with access to over 50 different insurance carriers focusing on Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Life Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Workers Compensation amongst other lines of insurance.
Their bi-lingual staff is here to assist you in finding the best insurance coverage with the most competitive rates.
This project included hosting management, web development, social media management, email marketing, and messenger marketing.
The site was created as an informational website where visitors can learn about insurance packages. Once that was done, we connected the site to social media for advertising and targeting purposes using codes and setting up for Facebook pixel and Google tag manager.
Since the client has a bi-lingual staff and has a clientele all over Texas that speaks English and Spanish primarily, we created a bilingual Manychat bot that would help people messaging the client’s Facebook page. The bot’s main goal is to retrieve contact information from inquiries and set a time to contact leads.
Once all the setup was done, we started a few successful advertising campaigns that generated some leads.
