Here are some tips when it comes to selling your management and development services as *insert your agency*.
- Film a quick video to show your prospect why their business needs a *insert your product* and how you can bring them results, send it through messenger or email or any other kind of communication you use with your prospects.
- Try not to talk about the technicalities of the *insert your product/service* building process (Although it’s ok to visually illustrate the process in the most simplistic way especially how they benefit from the *product/service* you are providing etc)
- Don’t be afraid to charge what your services are actually worth. So many people talk about pricing and how charging $5k or $10k seems crazy. If you can deliver results that exceed what you’re as an agency +ROI, that’s all that matters.
- In regards to management, the client needs to understand that in order for a *insert your product* to be successful it needs to be managed and improved upon every month. We’ve found giving two options works out the best.
Option 1: We manage the *insert product* each month, deploy campaigns, deliver analytics, and work with their marketing team to ensure constant improvement
Option 2: We offer to come in and teach their team how to do everything they need to know in order to build and maintain a profitable *insert your product*.
My last tip for you is to make sure that you build a system that enables you to prospect and take action every single day. Especially if you’re just starting out. You need to be sending cold emails, sending videos, walking into local businesses, etc.
Whatever prospecting method you choose, make sure you take action every day.
